Can you ship candles?

Candles ship anywhere in the US for a flat $8 and usually arrive in 3–5 business days. Fresh flowers are pickup or local delivery only.

How long does a custom label take?

Custom-label candles are ready in 3–5 business days. Event and corporate orders of 10 or more take 7–10 days.

What wax do you use, and how do I burn it safely?

Natural soy wax, poured by hand. Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each burn, keep the candle away from drafts and never leave it unattended.

Can I return a candle?

Sample policy: unused, unopened candles can be exchanged within 7 days. Custom-label and personalized items are final sale.
